| Other Info | Liz Levine, Certified Soundwork Practitioner & Drum Facilitator Tanya Armstrong, Certified Yoga & Nia Instructor Our Chakras give us insight into our true selves, and can be brought into balance through breath work, postures, and by receiving sound from a variety of global instruments. Specific breathing techniques, mantras, and postures will be selected to guide us up the seven energy centers. Liz will be playing seven different exotic instruments for each separate chakra during savasana . Our energy centers have been created as a musical scale so each center will respond to a particular tone. Both these ancient healing modality are blended together as a powerful tool for transformation, harmony, and well-being. |
